When we first met you over a decade ago, you found us the perfect home in Fremont. You were patient with us, listened to our needs and concerns and refined the search to in order to find us our home. This was during the tech bubble and although there were multiple offers, we took all of your advice, structured the deal the way you suggested and, even though our offer was not the highest, ours was the one selected. I still remember the beautiful letter you wrote to accompany our offer, describing our family and how much it would mean to us to live down the road from elementary school and how much use our children would get from the little park next to the school.
When it was time to sell our home, there was no question who we were going to call. Although the real estate market, like the economy, was still suffering, you knew exactly what to do.
